I ordered a lid replacement directly from Burr because their website said “free 2 day express delivery” and since I had just arrived at my vacation destination, (where I would be for over 2 weeks), delivery should be easy. The next day I received an email that I could track my order as soon as it shipped. But it might take some time before the order is actually filled. Not wanting to chance missing delivery, I emailed “customer service” to change the address, and provided them with my home address. I kept checking the “tracking” info every day. Nothing. I emailed both options for customer service at LEAST a dozen times. Nothing. FIVE WEEKS LATER, I get a notice that my package is out for delivery TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Fortunately, the place it was delivered to, forwarded it on to me.
It’s safe to say I won’t be buying anymore Burr products.
